CPS avstyrker Riksbankens förslag om betalningsstatistik

CPS avstyrker Riksbankens förslag i sin nuvarande form. CPS, i likhet med Bankföreningen, förordar i stället en europeisk harmonisering av betalningsstatistiken och därmed att betalningsstatistik i Sverige utformas likadant som för euroområdet.  Det bakomliggande syftet med Riksbankens föreslagna datainsamling är inte tydligt i remisspromemorian. Många av posterna och attributen är på en sådan detaljnivå att det saknas tydlig koppling till Riksbankens uppdrag. CPS remissvar Förbud mot spel på kredit

Card Payment Sweden har lämnat följande remissvar på promemorian om nytt förbud mot spel på kredit (Fi2024/00442). Det kommer vara en utmaning för de spelombud (exempelvis dagligvarubutiker och kiosker) som även säljer andra varor än spel att behöva hantera olika branschkoder (så kallade MCC koder) för att separera köp av spel och lotter från övriga produkter. Det kan krävas separata eller speciellt konfigurerade kortterminaler ifall kortterminalen inte kan hantera olika MCC koder parallellt.
